Guest Post Guidelines
Thanks for your interest in guest posting for MCA! We’re committed to bringing well written, relevant and useful information to the motion control and automation communities. Please review our simple guidelines in advance of submitting your post.
Content Guidelines
We will consider posts that are targeted to our readership. Product or service sales pitches will not be accepted. If you are unsure whether your topic is relevant, send us a quick email before you submit your post and we’ll let you know.
Content must be original and not previously published. Once accepted, this post cannot be published (in original or modified form) elsewhere. You may link to the post from your site. Post length should be approximately 300 to 800 words. Tone should be professional yet friendly, please consider our global readership and avoid words or jargon unique to only one country or region of the world.
Links in the body are allowed when they are relevant to the topic of your post and are necessary to further explain the topic (no more than three please). Internal linking to relevant posts on our blog is accepted. Excessive links, affiliate links or SEO’d links will disqualify a post. Author byline – you can add one link to your site, we recommend that it be to a page with more information about you.
We recommend that you add an image to your post. All images must be properly attributed and must be legal licensed, permissioned or part of a common license agreement.
MCA reserves the right to edit posts for clarity, readability and to better fit our format.
